Urban downhill

Urban downhill mountain biking (city downhill, downtown) developed from Downhill mountain biking. Its main idea was to bring the sport closer to people.

First Urban downhill race was in Lisbon, Portugal in 1999. Since then popularity of the sport grows continuously, Every year new locations and people are meeting with Urban downhill races.

Tracks are created within city or town streets. Obstacles include mostly stairs, various wooden jumps, landings and wallrides.
